Andrew is the managing director of AJC Consultancy. An experienced finance professional having worked in industry for 28 years and latterly in business and project development. Andrew has worked on mega projects and small local business proposals. “The principals and process are the same …regardless of the value of the project”.
Andrew has successfully completed a Recycling plant in the Middle East, from business start up to operation, provided business case and feasibility studies to a number of small local projects which has allowed the successful application for grants to be issued.
Andrew’s expertise covers all financial and planning aspects required when running a business, including costs analysis, cashflow and forecasting. Also, development of Project costs of capital equipment, assess financial feasibility and monitoring and controlling project cost.
John has over three decades worth of experience in business and retail, as well as business-baseds-based up and chairing a Chamber of Trade in the Swansea Valley, Wales, UK.
Employed in local government within the regeneration department and town centre management team, his knowledge and skill extends to grant acquisition, project management and special event conception, coordination and delivery. These extensive skills and experience combined with academic Master’s of Science level study within the field of Place Management with Manchester Met University, provides a breadth of knowledge and experience covering all aspects of place and business based projects.
John has a track record of successful delivery of large and small scale projects, business startups, community focussed projects and events. These successes include a national Welsh government award for the ‘Festival for Four Seasons’ in the Swansea Valley, Best Event at Swansea Life awards 2012 for the Pontardawe Music Festival, and successful acquisition of grants for several community and business organisations.
John’s enthusiasm and knowledge base for business and place based projects has assisted in the development of heritage centres, communal green spaces, community hubs and guided many businesses to successful realisation of their visions.
Frazer is a legal, compliance, contract and project management professional. In his 20 year career he qualified and worked as a solicitor, before moving into project and contract management work including for the UK Government and European Agencies.
For the last 6 years Frazer has been an in house legal advisor and Data Protection Officer for the UK Government Agency before moving into consultancy work including a start up construction and engineering project.
With a keen eye for detail, commercial acumen and a breadth of knowledge and experience, Frazer prides himself understanding the needs of the business and its environment, ensuring that any advice is practical, relevant and tailored to its unique requirements
