Advisors for a Mega project to build Aluminium Plant

AJC Consultancy is currently supplying support through senior advisors on a mega project to reshore aluminium production to the UK. The project is to introduce circular process of utilizing local aluminium scrap to reprocess into good product for the UK packaging industry. A major boost to the UK economy

AJC Consultancy role:

  • To provide financial information to develop the business case for the feasibility of the project,
  • To monitor and control the project spend,
  • To support the project through knowledge and expertise in the project topic,
  • To supply and recommend the right professionals to join the project team with the correct experience to enable the FEED of the project to be completed,
  • Supply the legal advice (through separate consultancy),
  • Part of the management team and steering committee,

 

The project is a long term UK strategic project and is ongoing .
